Bernie Goecks celebrated his 87th birthday with friends and family in Germantown in April 2011. People came from as far away as California to attend.

Much hilarity ensued and much wonderful food and drink were consumed.

The mother duck sitting on a clutch of eggs just outside the party room even wished Bernie well.
